These terms govern use of scet-chups.click and the design services of Scet-Chups, based at 1625 Larimer St, Suite 210, Denver, CO 80202.

1. What we do

Scet-Chups provides interior and architectural design services: layouts, lighting plans and finish palettes, delivered as drawing sets. We are not a contractor, architect of record, or engineer; stamped construction documents must be produced by licensed professionals where required.

2. Project terms

Projects are quoted as a flat fee after a free introductory call. Deliverables, timelines and revision counts are listed in the project agreement before work starts. Additional revisions beyond the agreed count are billed hourly at a published rate.

3. Liability

Design concepts are professional suggestions, not guarantees of construction outcomes. Final decisions on construction methods and materials rest with the client and their contractor. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page.
