Do you manage construction?
No — we design. You get a complete drawing set and shopping list, and we can recommend contractors, but renovation management is not part of our service.
Can you work from my floor plan?
Yes. If you have accurate drawings or a laser measure, remote work is possible. For local projects we prefer to measure ourselves.
What do I get at the end?
Dimensioned floor plans, lighting layout, finish palette with links to specific products, and 3D renders of key rooms.
How is pricing structured?
Flat fee per project, quoted after the free first call. You approve the number before any work begins.
